It has been a long time since I stopped going to the gym. It has been over 4 months. I have started my body transformation last year. (March 2011). In the beginning, it was difficult, but soon I got used to my routine. I was going to transform my body in 3 months. I was on an extreme bodybuilding diet. I worked out hard but I didn't know how to do it properly. I look back now, started to figure out how to build muscle after a year. (April 2012)
Finally, the secret of bodybuilding Asian was revealed but I was greedy and too excited. I went too far. I pushed my limit way too high. I asked many experienced people at the gym how to gain faster result but I ignored their warning. In the mean while, my left wrist was slowly being damaged. However, I couldn't stop going to the gym. A couple of months later, the pain got me bad, I stopped going to the gym in June 2012. My wrist was in pain at that time. Every morning , I would feel pain and the pain wouldn't go away. I tried many ways to get rid of the pain. I took x-rays to bone scan. I tried tiger balm to rub a535. (by the way, rub a535 without odour works the best in my opinion, but of course it depends on your cause. My problem was on the wrist tendon btw) But the pain came back every 2 - 3 days. So, my last  hope was physio therapy. To be honest, physio therapy session didn't help much but the splint which I purchased there help a lot. I put on the splint all the time and rub a535 during the night for a month. It finally got a lot better.
As of November 2012, I am getting ready to go back to the gym. I am slowly going back to my good old diet and strengthening my wrist by performing yoga every night. I think my wrist is not 100% yet. but I think I will be back to the hard sweat work-out by the end of the month. I am really looking forward to it. My mind started going to the gym already. So, I have decided to reveal the secret of a bodybuilding diet. I want to go with you guys. I am going to keep posting until I have six pack again. This time, though, I am going to focus on my shoulders and arms. Next summer, I will be happy to say hi to my six pack again. I can't wait. Why don't you follow me? I will tell you as many tips as possible. You and I can do it together.
